Prof. Devroey has received the international award of the IVI Foundation for the number of scientific articles which over the past five years were published with his name as the first or supervising author.

At an Academic Session – with the motto “It’s all in the family” –UZ Brussels celebrated its 30th anniversary on 6 October.

Children’s day (2)
On 29 September 2007, the Centre for Medical Genetics in collaboration with the CRG organised a second children’s day since the establishment of our centre for the children (and their parents) who were born after their parents underwent fertility treatment at our centre.

Honorary ember of ESHRE
On July 1st 2007, Emeritus Prof. and Hon. Dr. A. C. Van Steirteghem was awarded honorary membership in Lyon by the outgoing ESHRE chairman Prof. Dr. and Hon. Dr. P. Devroey for his innovative scientific contribution to the field of human reproduction.
