This section of the site contains a lot of documents that the CRG provides its patients with. They are available as downloadable PDF documents. In order to be able to view and print those documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from this address:

There are three categories of documents:
- Information
- contracts: the list of consent forms which you will need to complete before your fertility treatment can be started;
- instructions: practical guidelines regarding specific interventions or procedures.
