Under specific | aspecific treatments, we briefly discuss the general problems in the treatment of male infertility.
We then briefly describe every treatment. If a treatment is specifically aimed at the man's fertility disorder, it is mentioned under potency disorder remediation. If it is related to the collection of sperm cells for ICSI, it is mentioned under sperm cell extraction for ICSI.
It is possible that your fertility problem cannot be solved, even with IVF/ICSI or artificial insemination. In that case, you may have to consider donor material in order to have children. See donation: an overview or sperm donation.
In the overview below, you can click on all possible male treatments or procedures that can be performed at the CRG.
Of course our centre's main activity is to try and remedy fertility problems. For completeness' sake, we also explain three procedures that do not belong to this group: sterilisation (the reversal operation is called reanastomosis) and prostate and varicose veins surgery.
