Are you starting treatment soon or would you just like to have a look around at Brussels IVF? Pay us a virtual visit!

You can find practical matters such as the parking lot, the entrance and how to register. But you can also find out how a consultation takes place, what happens behind the scenes in the laboratories and how IVF/ICSI treatment or insemination proceeds.

Robin mobile app and patient portal

Brussels IVF developed a mobile application: the Robin app. Because during your ART treatment, you are in constant contact with the Daily Monitoring (DM). Normally, they call you with instructions about the administration of your medication (type, dose, time,…). You can also receive all this information through the app and thus re-consult all your personal information.

UZ Brussel also has a patient portal site. Data are exchanged with the patient here in a secure electronic way. You can receive information on embryology via the Brussels IVF portal page.

General opening hours:
We are available by phone on weekdays from 08h00 to 17h30.
There is on-call assistance for patients undergoing treatment on weekends and public holidays from 08h00 to 13h00.
To ensure optimal availability and guidance for every patient, we ask new patients to contact us during general opening hours.

The Daily Monitoring team is reachable by phone on weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm and on weekends and public holidays between 3 pm and 4 pm.

UPDATE 05/01/2024: Renovation works Brussels IVF

To increase the comfort and privacy of its patients, Brussels IVF is renovating its nursing unit (VP03) and the reception desk area at our Andrology Lab.

As part of these renovation works, from 8 January 2024, the reception desk of our Andrology Laboratory and its associated rooms to collect a sperm sample, will be temporarily located on the second floor of Brussels IVF (via route 980).

During your treatment, we guarantee the same quality of care but you might experience a reduced level of comfort due to the temporary location with limited space.
We will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience.
