To measure the performance of our treatment and staff, we use, among other things, online questionnaires. After a treatment, you will receive an e-mail via IVFfeedback@uzbrussel.be. Several times a year, our quality officer also organises a patient focus group to further investigate your observations and experiences.

General opening hours:
You can reach the Contact Center by phone from Monday to Friday from 8 am until 5.30 pm.
There is on-call assistance for patients undergoing treatment on weekends and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
To ensure optimal availability and guidance for every patient, we ask new patients to contact us during general opening hours.

The Daily Monitoring team is reachable by phone on weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm and on weekends and public holidays between 3 pm and 4 pm.
If you are waiting for instructions, they can also call you beyond these hours
