What are the opening hours of the Contact Center?

You can reach the Contact Center by phone from Monday to Friday from 8 am until 5.30 pm.

There is on-call assistance for patients undergoing treatment on weekends and public holidays between 8 am and 1 pm.
To ensure optimal availability and guidance for every patient, we ask new patients to contact us during general opening hours.
